Benefitfocus.com, Inc. is looking for an energetic, assertive and articulate Enterprise Account Executive to join a dynamic team of sales individuals. The Enterprise Account Executive positions will be a home based office opportunity and experience selling from a remote office is desired. Travel to our Corporate HQ in Charleston, SC will be necessary, but relocation is not.

- Thorough understanding of the enterprise software sales process with a strong ability to close deals
- Proven ability to develop and initiate selling strategies, and establish relevant business relationships
- Ability to generate leads through existing network, cold calling, and creative go-to-market strategies
- Ability to hit the ground running
- Experience in producing and managing new business development plans and sales forecasts
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Success with an annual quota of $1+ million
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Success with software sales of $250,000 or greater with healthcare/insurance background preferred
- Computer proficiency in a Windows-based environment - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
