Our combined warehouse space of 500,000 sq ft. houses over $12,000,000
in inventory provided by approximately 200 vendors. Our vendors are a
very important part of our company providing high quality material and
exceptional support.
Inside Sales Team
Approximately 50 well trained inside sales associates are available from
7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday – Friday to answer questions,
assist in solving problems, process orders, and help you meet your customer’s
needs.
Outside Sales Team
Mid-Am has one of the most experienced and seasoned sales team
in the business. These sales professionals make weekly calls to help with
inventory management, assist in the training of your staff, solve service
questions, and help find mutually profitable opportunities.
Truck Delivery
Our modern fleet of 30 curtain side tractor-trailer units make regularly
scheduled deliveries to our customers throughout the week. Experienced
and courteous drivers help maintain an efficient and timely flow of materials.
Catalogs
Mid-Am provides our custom, full line product and millwork catalogs to
our customers, free of charge. These books are designed as sales tools
for your counter personnel making it easy for them to locate, quote and
sell materials. And yes, our outside sales staff update our catalogs on
regular scheduled visits.
Entry Net
Entry Net is provided to our established customers. This service
provides access to our in-house computer system, during or after regular
business hours. Entry Net enables customers to check pricing, ensure inventory
availability, place orders, review their own sales history, check invoicing,
etc.
Cabinet Estimates
Mid-Am has highly trained kitchen designers on staff to assist
you in designs and job quotes.
Vinyl Window Epops
Mid-Am has window specialists who use special software to quickly and
accurately estimate your window needs.
Bostitch Service Center
Our full time factory trained Bostitch repair specialist is available
to repair your Bostitch tools and compressors. We pride ourselves in quality
work and quick turnaround.
Interior and Exterior Door Shops
Mid-Am has four modern full service door fabrication facilities. We offer
a complete selection of interior doors including six-panel and smooth
in a variety of size, species of wood, and jamb configurations desired.
Exterior entrance doors are
also a growing product category for Mid-Am. A complete selection of doors
is available from a builder grade steel door through the most elegant
styled fiberglass doors with elaborate transoms and sidelights. Custom
size doors are available.
Mid-Am has an extensive line
of clear pine; primed pine and oak trim in stock, as well as the ability
to special order most species of trim.
