History

In 1967, Joe and Hildegarde Knaebel had a dream of owning their own business. It would be an uphill battle, with seven children, lots of bills, and very limited financial resources. Nonetheless, with the help of a few close friends, and a great banker, their business was started at the kitchen table of their home. From this humble beginning a very successful business was built.

As their children grew older and finished school, several joined the business. Three sons, a daughter, and a son-in-law have been extensively involved in the business since the 70’s.

Today there are third generation family members becoming involved in the business.
